How to Clear Cache and Cookies

Clearing your Cache and Website data.gdoc

Can't access a website? Clear your cache. Can't open Google Classroom? Clear your cache. Your Google Meet is lagging? Clear your cache. Many of the everyday issues we experience can be solved by clearing your cache.

To clear the cache and cookies:

• Click the triple dots in the top right corner of a Chrome window
• Select Settings from the menu
• Scroll down to the "Privacy & security" section
• Make sure the time range is set to "All time"
• Click on “Cookies and other site data” and "Cached images and files"
• Click "Clear data"

This should be done on a regular basis to keep your Chromebook functioning at an optimal level.
